3. Support

Full: Firmware and software updates will be provided for feature improvements, maintenance, and security. Complimentary technical support will be available as long as the product’s networking technology is not obsolete. The availability of enhanced technical support depends on regional purchase channels and/or individual service agreements.

Limited: Critical security updates for firmware or software will be provided. Feature improvements and maintenance will not be covered. Complimentary technical support will continue as long as the product’s networking technology is not obsolete. The availability of enhanced technical support depends on regional purchase channels and/or individual service agreements.

Expired: Product is not guaranteed to receive security updates for firmware or software. Complimentary technical support will continue as long as the product’s networking technology is not obsolete. The availability of enhanced technical support depends on regional purchase channels and/or individual service agreements.

4. End of Sale

It refers to the date DrayTek announced the product was discontinued and the End of Sale for the product.

5. Firmware Maintain Duration after EoS (Year)

The duration (number of years) indicates the guaranteed support period for critical security updates. After this duration updates are not guaranteed.

6. End of Life

This date signifies the end of life for the product and refer to the last date DrayTek guarantees to provide critical security updates. After this date, DrayTek may provide security updates as deem appropriate, subject to technical and other limitations. However, hardware repairs will no longer be available.
