    About

With the booming deployment of Fiber, the realization of affordable fatter broadband for home multimedia is feasible.

For FTTH (fiber to home), the Vigor2110FV is a FTTH CPE with IP services. The embedded SFF optical connector can be customized for single or dual fiber which is provided by carriers. Under 10/100Mbps -Fiber-speed feed, the bandwidth management offers home/home offices flexible utilization of file downloading, video streaming, multi-media applications, and VoIP calls.

While people pursue the balance of work and life, the time of commuting from home to office is critical. The integrated VPN functionalities of Vigor2110FV will let you stay connected with work but can also reserve valuable time for family and friends. Its comprehensive IPSec/PPTP/L2TP/L2TP over IPSec- protocol can easily set up encrypted remote access and LAN-to-LAN.

As 3.5G mobile network gets popular and affordable, you can connect 3.5G USB mobile to 2.0 version USB port on Vigor2110FV. This can be used for your primary Internet feed while you are in a car, on the bus, at the summer house, or staying at outdoor events. In addition, the 3.5G USB mobile can be a backup broadband connection if the primary fixed line drops. You can connect USB disk or hard-drive to USB port for file sharing. The Vigor2110FV provides FTP access file uploading/downloading which can be from the local LAN or from anywhere on the Internet. If you want to share the photo with your friends, you can let your friends download your photo because you deploy file depository on Vigor2110FV. The access can be using "username and password" or 'public'. Each of which can have their own directories and/or file access rights.

Moreover, the Vigor2110FV offers home/home office users business-class robust firewall. The CSM (content security management) can prevent family or home office from the connection to Web sites that contain illegal or objectionable content. The use of bandwidth consuming Peer-to-Peer (P2P) applications can be properly managed by DrayTek Content Security Management (CSM) and object-based firewall management.

    DrayTek also offers following series -- Vigor2110F, Vigor2110Fn and Vigor2110FVn .
