DrayTek launches firmware version 3.7.5.1 for DrayTek Vigor2760 series routers

HSINCHU, Taiwan, DrayTek Corp. (TSE:6216), a Taiwan-based networking solutions provider, today announces that we offer Vigor2760 series DrayOS-platform routers to the market after we sold Vigor2760 series Linux routers for a period. We also launch milestone firmware version 3.7.5.1 for Vigor2760 series DrayOS-platform routers which are with bottom label "Ver: D" and "Ver: Delight" to let channel partners and customers know that they are adopting DrayOS-platform.

DrayTek Vigor2760 series Linux routers deployed by many home users and home offices in the world where there are ADSL2/2+ and/or VDSL2 broadband connection. The Vigor2760 series cover Vigor2760, Vigor2760n (with 2.4GHz WLAN), and Vigor2760Vn (with VoIP and WLAN). The USB port of Vigor2760 series allows you to connect one USB mobile. With USB mobile, you can let 3.5G/4G (LTE) become backup for the Ethernet WAN ports. Sometimes, your remote office might not be able to subscribe fixed line broadband. You can subscribe 3.5G/4G LTE mobile as primary broadband connection.

The Vigor2760 series DrayOS-platform routers will inherit great performance and features of DrayOS-related routers. The VDSL2 and ADSL2/2+ fall-back are great for your home multimedia. If you require 3.5G/4G LTE backup, you can also subscribe one USB mobile for the USB port of Vigor2760 series DrayOS-platform routers. The 3.5G/4G LTE mobile can be primary broadband connection while you set up a remote office.

Then, we will release f/w version 3.7.5.1 for supporting Vectoring.  It is designed specially for the ISP providing VDSL2 vectoring service.
