DrayTek Showcases Mid-sized Solutions at CeBIT Australia in 2015
HSINCHU, Taiwan – DrayTek Corp. (TSE:6216), a Taiwan-based networking solutions provider, today announces our participation in CeBIT Australia 2015 (stand: A32) with local partner, i-LAN Technology Pty Ltd. CeBIT Australia 2015 opens for 5th -7th May 2015 at Sydney Olympic Park, Australia, and is a major ICT exhibition aiming at business, corporate and government decision makers.
DrayTek is well known for being an early adopter of new technologies as well as updating their product range with the release of new models. New features are introduced for existing models with the regular release of new firmware. As such, ICT exhibitions globally are platforms for DrayTek to showcase their latest and smarter products. DrayTek and i-LAN Technology had exhibited in CeBIT Australia in 2013 and 2014; and it is time, again, to showcase the full set of DrayTek solutions for small to medium businesses at CeBIT Australia 2015, including the models described below:
Vigor2860ac Dual Band Wi-Fi & Gigabit Dual-WAN Security Firewall Router
The Vigor2860ac has greatly improved Wi-Fi speeds achieving up to 1300Mbps through the 5 GHz WI-Fi band. It is also backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi
This ADSL/VDSL Gigabit firewall router has all the standard features you have become accustomed to with reliable high performance DrayTek routers. This router has a throughput over 300Mb/s, so is a great NBN solution for any small to medium sized business.
The features of the Vigor2860ac include ADSL2+ / VDSL2 and Gigabit Ethernet WAN interfaces as well as two USB ports to connect two 3.5G/4G LTE USB Modems to provide up to 4 WAN interfaces. These can be utilised for the WAN Failover feature ensuring uninterrupted Internet access should one of the WAN connections fail. The WAN interfaces can also be configured for Load Balance mode, allowing bandwidth sharing.
The 6 Gigabit LAN ports allow you to connect more devices to the router and can be configured to be used with multiple VLANs and IP subnets
32 VPN tunnels with PPTP, L2TP, IPSec and L2TP over IPSec protocols are available. VPN Trunking include backup and load balance options. These provide Failover for VPN tunnels, ensuring uninterrupted data flow over the VPN link should one of the VPN tunnels become disconnected.
The latest firmware in this router also includes external device management for Vigor AP series as well as the VigorSwitch series switches which are now available
