How do I tell if my vigor router is Annex A or Annex B? (For ADSL models only)

While Annex A is used for ADSL over POTS, Annex B is used for ADSL over ISDN. There is a hardware difference between the routers for Annex A and for Annex B, and we may tell the annex type by checking the Type or the Color of ADSL Port.

1. ADSL Port Type

Annex A Router uses RJ-11 for its ADSL port.

Annex B Router uses RJ-45.

2. ADSL Port Color

For Vigor2860/2760/130 Series, Annex A Router uses black-colored DSL Port.

Annex B Router uses gray-colored one.
