How do I capture Vigor router's VoIP logs for DrayTek support
engineer's analysis ?
Here are the steps to get the logs :
1. Open " Hyper Terminal " from Programs/Accessories/Communications.
2. Type the name for this connection, e.g. draytek.
3. Fill in the Host address and Port number for Vigor router.
4. Fill in the password and type " voip debug flush " to flush all the previous logs.
5. Select Capture Text in Transfer tab.
6. Select a file then press Start.
7. Try to initiate or receive a call. Type " voip debug showmsg ", the VoIP (SIP) log will be displayed. Please save the file.
