How do I capture Syslogs for DrayTek support engineer's analysis?
In Router site:
Please enable this option and key in the Server IP via Syslog
Setup ( from WebUI page : System Maintenance >> SysLog
/ Mail Alert Setup ) .
In Server site:
Please open the Syslog via Router Tools -› Syslog firstly.
Then please press the Save/Record button, indicate a file
to save the syslogs and press ok.
