How do I capture Vigor router's log for DrayTek support engineer's
analysis?
Here are the steps to get the logs:
1. Open "Hyper Terminal" from Programs/Accessories/Communications.
2. Type the name for this connection, e.g. draytek.
3. Fill in the Host address and Port number for Vigor router.
4. Fill in the password and type "log -F a" to flush all the
previous logs.
5. Select Capture Text in Transfer tab.
6. Select a file then press Start.
7.Type log -wt, log -it or log -ct and the whole logs will be displayed and saved to the file.
