Q.
My wireless connection is interrupted quite often.
1. Please move your wireless PC closer to the wireless router
and see if you can find a better signal strength. You may
need to change the angle of your router's antenna.
2. There may be interference, possibly caused by a microwave
oven, 2.4 GHz wireless phone, bluetooth devices, or metal
objects (e.g. file cabinets, metal cubicles, metal ceiling).
Please move these interference sources away or change the
location of the wireless PC or router.
3. Please change the wireless channel on your router.
4. Please check if the router's antenna are firmly connected. |
