Q.
Why can't I establish L2TP over IPSec tunnel successfully
?
Please check your network setup by following these procedures:
1. Does either VPN client ( e.g. WinXP on PC ) or VPN server
( e.g. Vigor 2900 ) connect to the internet through a NAT
device?
2. If you are remote dial-in user and use DrayTek "Smart
VPN Clinet" utility, please be sure to click the "Configure"
button in Step 0 of the setup.
3. Please check if the IPSec service status is Started from
Start -› Settings -› Control Panel -› Administrative
Tools -› Services. If not, please "Start"
IPSec Service and establish L2TP over IPSec VPN tunnel again.
