Q.
Why my Inbound traffics are not classified to the QoS IP rules
I set ?
It may due to the incorrect QoS settings.
Please be noticed that the QoS Advance rule settings are according
to local LAN, therefore, no matter inbound or outbound traffic
is classified, the source IP in Advance settings needs to
be set as local LAN IP.
For example, if we need classifying 10% bandwidth for http
inbound traffic(e.g.downloading files) to local LAN PC 192.168.1.10.
1) Add HTTP ( TCP : 80 ) via QoS Basic Configuration.
2) Insert a rule with Source IP 192.168.1.10 via QoS Advanced
Configuration. (It is incorrect if you set 192.168.1.10 as
Destination IP here.)
