01. How to connect IPSec with X.509 from Smart VPN Client 3.22 to Vigor2800

Requirement:
WinXP with Smart VPN Client 3.22
CA server on the internet
Vigor 2800 series router (How to install a CA server )

Steps:

1. Vigor Router Settings

   1.1 Time Setup

   1.2 Local Certificate(Apply a certificate from CA server for Vigor router)

   1.3 Trusted CA Certificate(apply a trusted CA Certificate for Vigor router)

   1.4 IPSec Peer Identity

   1.5 Remote Dial-in User profile Setup.

2. Smart VPN client Settings

   2.1 Apply a certificate from CA server for PC.

   2.2 Smart VPN client setup

While VPN established, you may check the VPN connection status via Connectin Management page of Vigor router.
