Hotline is a new function that Draytek develops to use VoIP more flexibly.If hotline function is enabled, when you pick up the handset, Vigor will dial to the specific number/SIP URL automatically.
You don't need to dial the number anymore!
Please refer to the following steps to configure the hotline function.
1.Enter the Web page of “DialPlan Setup” to configure the dialplan for hotline.
2.Telnet to the router and use the telnet command “voip sip endpt1 hotline 1” to enable hotline mode.
3.Use the telnet command “voip sip endpt1 dpidx <dial_plan index number>” to configure the dail plan index for hotline.
4.Then, when you pick up the handset, the router will dial the specified dial plan profile(866668@iptel.org) automatically.
Note: The mentioned steps are for endport 1(FXS port 1). If you need to setup endport 2, please change the parameter
'endpt1' to 'endpt2' in the above steps. |
