X-Lite is a free software and it
only provides call service via SIP Proxy server. Please follow
the steps below to setup X-Lite to call Vigor Router.
1. Setup SIP related settings via Router Web Configurator
-› VoIP Setup -› SIP Related Functions Setup.
2. Telnet into Vigor, type ' voip sip registrar
' to ensure the register to SIP server is successful.
3. Start X-Lite and press 'menu' button.
4. Configure the SIP proxy profile as the picture below via
Menu -› System Settings -› SIP Proxy.
5. Back to Main Panel, and you can input 246159@fwd.pulver.com then press dial to call Vigor directly.
6. You can also use Phonebook to dial. (refer to steps below)
(1). Press 'phonebook' button to add new entry.
(2). Input name and Vigor's SIP URL.
(3). Back to Main Panel and you can dial '246159' to Vigor.
Moreover, X-Lite also allow user viewing logs by click the
panel at right side and choose ' Diagnostic Log '.
