Router
Tools:
There are two tools included in Router Tools which will be
helpful for router management.
1. Router Firmware Upgrade Utility
"Router Firmware Upgrade Utility" is a tool provided by DrayTek
to help you upgrading Vigor Routers' firmware easily. Please
see the details in "Ways
for Firmware Upgrade" page.
2. Syslog
"Syslog" is a tool provided by DrayTek to help
you monitoring network status, such as ADSL status, WAN logs,
Firewall logs and so on. It will work after setting server
IP address (IP address of the PC which run this syslog tool)
& port number (default : 514) in router.

VPN
Tool--Smart VPN Dial-up Tool (only for Windows 2K/XP) :
"VPN" is a tool provided by DrayTek to help you make a VPN
connection with Vigor router more easily. It integrates the
Dial-up Networks and greatly simplifies the procedures to
setup Dial-up Networks and IPSec Security Policy with an easy-to-use
user interface, especially L2TP over IPSec.
VoIP Dialplan tool--VoIP Dialplan Utility
VoIP Dialplan Utility is a tool provided by draytek to help you setup VoIP dialplan flexibly.You do not need to enter the WEB configuration of Vigor router but can setup VoIP dialplan directly by VoIP Dialplan Utility.
VTA
Tool--Virtual TA :
"VTA" is a tool provided
by DrayTek for local Ethernet-connected hosts or PCs to use
popular CAPI-based software such as RVS-COM or BVRP etc. to
access the router as a local ISDN TA for FAX sending or receiving
via the ISDN line. Basically, it is a client / server network
model. The Virtual TA server built into the router handles
the connection establishment and release. The Virtual TA client,
installed in the Ethernet-connected host, creates a CAPI-based
driver to relay all CAPI messages between applications and
the router's CAPI module.
LPR(only for Windows 98/ME)
LPR is a tool provided by DrayTek to help you using LPR printer
on your Windows 98/ME OS. Please refer the following link
to get the detail setting of LPR.
